What’s Included in Every Wedding Catering Service
Every wedding Rivera Events caters includes fresh food prepared and served by our team, professional chefs and service staff, event captains, and all the equipment needed to run your reception beautifully: chafing dishes, serving pieces, buffet setups, food stations, and passing trays. Plates, napkins, and utensils come standard. Our team handles setup and breakdown from start to finish, and we coordinate directly with your wedding planner, venue, photographer, and DJ so nothing gets missed.
All service is available in English and Spanish.

Investment
Our wedding catering starts at $35 per person. Final pricing depends on the menu tier, service style, guest count, bar service, staffing, and venue requirements. Every wedding quote is transparent and built specifically for your date, guest count, and vision.

What types of wedding catering menus do you offer?
Two signature menus: Signature (plated fine dining and chef-attended live stations) and Celebration (attended buffet, family-style, or food stations). Every menu is customized to your wedding.
Do you cater the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception?
Yes. We handle the full wedding day, from pre-ceremony refreshments to cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres, main reception dinner, and late-night snacks.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies for our guest list?
Yes. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal, and specific allergies for any guest count. Share your guest requirements during menu design.
Do you offer plated service, buffet, or family-style?
All three. Plated multi-course dinner service, attended buffet service, and family-style shared platters. Live chef stations and grazing tables are also available.
What is your minimum guest count for weddings?
We cater weddings from 25 guests up to 400 or more.
Do you coordinate with our wedding planner and venue?
Yes. We work directly with your planner, venue, photographer, DJ, and other vendors to run on the same timeline. Our event captain handles day-of coordination.
How far in advance should we book wedding catering?
For weekend weddings, book 2 to 6 months in advance. Peak wedding season (October through May in South Florida) often books out earlier. Call to check your date.
Do you provide staff, plates, glassware, and cleanup?
Yes. Every wedding includes chefs, service staff, event captains, all disposables or rented china, and full cleanup. Rental coordination for china, glassware, and linens is available.
Do you handle both indoor and outdoor weddings?
Yes. We cater ballroom weddings, garden weddings, beach weddings, backyard weddings, tented outdoor receptions, and destination-style venues across South Florida.
