Since 2010, Rivera Events has catered weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across South Florida. Our kitchen, our staff, and our service travel to your venue, home, or office, and every event is built on the same foundation: fresh food, prepared with care, served by a professional team that treats your guests the way you would.
From intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate events, one of our three signature offerings fits yours.
Our gourmet catering is designed for the events that matter most. Weddings, milestone anniversaries, private dinners, gala receptions, and corporate events where the food is meant to be part of the experience, not just fuel for the guests. Menus are curated around plated dinners, seated multi-course meals, chef-attended live stations, and elevated buffet presentations. Every menu is customized to your event, your venue, and your guest preferences. Wine pairings, dietary accommodations, and themed presentations are all part of the conversation.

Celebration catering covers everything from birthday parties and family celebrations to corporate luncheons, holiday parties, and social gatherings. This is our most flexible offering, built for events where you want great food, professional service, and none of the stress. Menu options range from Cuban-inspired favorites and American classics to Mediterranean spreads and international cuisine. Buffet, family-style, and station-style service are all available. Menus can scale from intimate 25-guest dinners to large 200-guest receptions.

Our BBQ catering brings the grill to you. Our mobile team arrives with everything needed to cook fresh on-site: the grill, propane, prep tables, chefs, and service staff. Ribs, brisket, Cuban pork, grilled chicken, burgers, fresh sides, and vegetarian options round out a menu that works for backyard parties, corporate family days, holiday cookouts, and casual outdoor events. Yes. Every menu we build is customized to your event, guest count, venue, dietary requirements, and vision. The published menus are starting points, not fixed options.
We cater events from 25 guests up to 400 or more.
Both. Rivera Events offers full on-site catering with chefs and service staff, and we also handle delivery-only catering for offices and smaller gatherings.
Yes. Every full-service catering event includes chefs, service staff, all disposables, and full cleanup. Delivery-only orders include disposables but not staff.

Yes we are licensed and insured. We hold active municipal contracts with the Town of Cutler Bay, City of Margate and other municipalities and corporate clients.
For weekend events, book 2 to 4 weeks out. Weddings and large corporate events should be booked 1 to 3 months in advance. Last-minute dates are sometimes available. Call to check.
