THE CHALLENGE
The university’s philanthropy department needed to host an exceptional donor celebration that would reflect the prestige of the institution and impress distinguished guests including attorneys, judges, and supporters. The event required transforming an empty space into an immersive Havana Nights experience worthy of its donors.
THE APPROACH
The event environment was designed to fully immerse guests in a Havana Nights atmosphere. Tropical décor, themed entrances, lighting design, entertainment, and curated experiences were carefully coordinated to create a vibrant and upscale celebration that encouraged networking, donor engagement, and an unforgettable evening.
THE RESULT
The transformed venue delivered a vibrant and sophisticated celebration attended by approximately 500 guests. The immersive Havana Nights environment, live music, themed experiences, and entertainment created an energetic atmosphere that successfully celebrated donors and strengthened engagement with the university community.
